Legal basis: Your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract that you are a party to. If you decide against providing the data, we can find ourselves in the impossibility of executing the terms of the contract.

(2) for facilitating communication with you so we can provide you with the requested info or in case of emergencies

Legal basis: Justified on the basis of our legitimate interests for ensuring proper communication and emergency handling within the agency.

(3) for monitoring the use of our website

Legal basis: Justified by our legitimate interest to ensure a proper user experience on our website.

(4) for marketing related activities such as sending newsletters regarding Zig Zags products and services

Legal basis: Processing your personal data for this purpose is directly linked to your consent should you choose to give it. Providing your personal data for this purpose is voluntary.

IV. Timeframe for personal data processing

Zig Zags will process your personal data as long as it is necessary.

As long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, stipulated by a contractual agreement, we will process the personal data for the entire duration of our contract and once our contract ends, we will retain your data according to legal obligations.

If you withdraw the consent for processing your personal data for marketing purposes, Zig Zags will cease to process the data without affecting the previous data processing performed based your initial consent.

V. Third party sharing of personal data

For fulfilling data processing purpose, Zig Zags can share your personal data with service providers, professional advisors, public and governmental authorities or third parties in connection with a commercial transaction, as it follows:

  • For website administration;
  • When necessary for awarding prizes or other facilities to specific individuals following their participation at different promotional campaigns organized by ZIG ZAGS DIGITAL SRL;
  • For improving and personalizing the website experience;
  • For data analytics reports, website testing and optimization, user activity monitorization;
  • For commercial communication to the extent permissible under applicable law;

Personal data provided to ZIG ZAGS DIGITAL SRL can be transferred outside Romania, but only within European Union.

  • request the erasure of your personal data, including where such personal data would no longer be necessary to achieve the purposes;
  • request that Zig Zags only processes your personal data in limited circumstances, including with your consent;
  • request portability of your personal data, either by receiving a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) of personal data that you have provided to Zig Zags, or request Zig Zags to transfer the personal data to another data controller.
